Actually, just a few guys I know on Skype asked for it, but that's something, I suppose...
This is another remade scene from my canceled fangame "Sonic 4 - Episode ME", this time showing off the boss from Roblimbnik Zone (I know the pun's bad, don't point it out). After Sonic breaks into the large Zeppelin and breaks it, Robotnik proceeds by fleeing in his Fighter Jet, trying to beat Sonic and his outdated Aircraft by dropping bombs (as pictured) and shooting homing missle and his vulcan machine gun at them. It works as good as you might expect...
UPDATE: After some more work put into it (but not too much more work), I've made the shading and design of the jet a little bit more pleasing. I like how it turned out, what about all of you?
As for the image itself (am I the only one with a deja-vú?), it's made out of multiple other resources taken from other Sonic games. It's fairly accurate on how it'd have looked like if it'd ever been completed, only a breaking Zeppilin in the background is missing.
The jet is the only custom part in this, as it was based on a scaled up balkiry sprite from Sonic 2 (originally ripped by Yawackery) with some small parts from Wing Fortress' escape Rocket (ripped by SonicDash57), such as the Robotnik sprite and the booster/fire. The Tornado Sonic and Tails are using in this image are taken from Sonic 2 (and ripped by Apocaypse). All of the background clouds are from Sky Chase Zone (ripped by Ray Fox), which is personally not the best choise, but it doesn't matter too much, as this isn't meant to be final. (I just noticed that about everything on this image comes from Sonic 2. Strange...).
Just like last time, I'm gonna ask you all, do you still wanna see more S4-Ep:ME?
Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles "Tails" Prower are all respectivly owned by Sega of Japan Ltd.
